    wtf is with ebay

    Aug. 24 Purchased Macroeconomics and Policies. (USPS 3 day Select ). 
    Aug. 26 Purchased Linear Algebra and its applications ( USPS express,  2-3 days)
    Aug.30 Received Macroeconomics (3-day delay), Wrong book (diff author)
    Aug.31 Macroeconomics sent back to seller by media mail. Seller promised full refund
    Same day Purchased Macroeconomics and Policies (standard flat rate, int'l shipping. Seller said to ship from US, but Paypal seller address says seller will ship from Thailand. Paypal payment uncleared. Estimate clearance date: Sept 4.)not sure when can i get this stupid book
    Sept. 2 Seller informed that Linear Algebra package lost. Seller issued full refund and $5 extra.
